Flawless Delivery Hospitality Certification
This experiential workshop brings hospitality employees together for a two-day training, including an overnight at a local hotel to be certified in Flawless Delivery©. Participants will also enjoy dinner at a local eatery that will include our Four Course Hospitality Training and local speakers from the industry. Participants learn essential communication, conflict resolution, empathy, and interpersonal skills needed to deliver Flawless customer service. This certification provides a standard for 21st century service that supports individual career development as well as the industry’s growth as a whole. This certification is practical and implementable. Delivered in a fun and supportive learning environment, the program includes many tools for increasing resilience and retention in the rapidly growing and changing hospitality industry.

Schedule of Events
The training sessions will take place 8 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. on Day 1 and 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Day 2. Participants will stay overnight at the hotel.
