Placemaking is a multi-faceted approach to the planning, design and management of public spaces. In addition, public art is a great way to bring people together by overcoming socio economic divisions, differences in physical abilities and language barriers. Placemaking through murals build a sense of community that drives travelers and locals alike to visit locations off the well-known tourist routes.
